Founding Father: Alex Marsh
With a background in some of the UK's top F&B and Hospitality companies, including Cadbury Schweppes, Mitchells & Butlers and Loungers, Alex’s experience includes leadership roles in operations, procurement, IT & systems, HR and training, as well as leading menu development and launch processes.

A move into the technology sector as Chief Operating Officer at Ten Kites further honed his expertise in software and menu systems, and he continues to support the industry by providing non-exec and advisory services to a number of software businesses in the UK, as well as being co-founder of the Menu Technology company, MenuTek. Despite his career switch to software and technology, Alex remains deeply passionate about great British hospitality, and is also director of a hospitality group in the Cotswolds.
