About Us
Founding Father: Alex Marsh
Alex is an operator first. After an early role at Cadbury Schweppes, he won a place on the highly competitive Mitchells & Butlers graduate programme and was fast-tracked through operations. He went on to run sites as a General Manager at The Restaurant Group and as a Senior General Manager at Peach Pubs.

His biggest chapter was nearly a decade at Loungers. When he joined, the business had nine sites and was opening roughly one a year. As an Operations Manager he covered the Midlands and the North. After a stretch of five openings in four months, he created a new site opening process, mostly out of self-preservation. He then moved to head office to lead the central operations team, giving the business the structure and systems it needed to scale. By the time he left, Loungers had 135 sites and was opening 25 a year, a pace it has built on ever since. His remit covered procurement, IT & systems, HR and training, as well as menu development and launches.

He then moved into technology as Chief Operating Officer at Ten Kites. Today he is:
